Bean, no major disagreement (I have $16, but what is a buck between friends?).

>>Fundamentals aside<< Hardly. Earnings are going up big at CYMI. Notwithstanding any instant term weakness so will the stock. Estimates continue to be exceeded and that puts a lot of upside pressure on the stock price. Merrill predicts $1.34 EPS next year and that translates to a $60 stock today.

A lot of the rumors against tech surround a swiss cheese argument about slowing PC sales. But, that is based upon lower ASPs not units. CYMI and chip manufacturers are not affected by PC ASPs. Best of all, CYMI is gonna grow no matter what happens at the increment to chip unit sales simply because of transitional industry pressures to next generation technology. The whole PC argument is faulty any ways --ASps or units.
