I am the one who originaly requested this board. And I just found out it was up and
running. I requested this board because I wanted to warn people about this
company. If you don't believe I started this board e-mail the raging bull - it should be
in their records.

Go to Yahoo and read all the press releases ITOY has made. They did a pump and
dump and I got caught in it. I have reported them to the SEC. Remember anyone
can make a press release and any one can snow you when you call them on the
phone.

Their last pump and dump was about an interactive figure that connected via the
Web to their home site. They started pumping it at the same time that the toy show
in NY was going on. Coincidence? They sent our press releases about all the big
wigs they had hired with all this industry experience. Well, what happened to them?

Now they have this new pump and dump product. Of course they use Compaq to
legitamize their product. Anyone could build a product with a Compaq computer.
Read their press release. They lead you to believe they are in some kind of a
partnership with Compaq. In reality they only bought a few computers from them.

This company is non SEC compliant. The NASDAQ is now in the process of
eliminating non SEC compliant companies from BB listing. Call them and ask.

How much is a share of ITOY going to be worth when it drops off the BB?

ITOY doesn't care. They just want to do one more pump and dump before that
happens.

Michael L. Wilson
