This thread sounds just like the ones at the old Prodigy Classic back in 1992, when management would'nt listen to the customers, and most of us know what happened next, a mass migration to AOL! Some management types seem to NEVER learn, and just keep right on copying the same old mistakes of other companies. Truly amazing!
Bottom line: Stay away from companies where management refuses to listen to common sense and reason. Yogi
