SAM;

Answer me please? How can I predict the run for the bottom and the final bottom price (still to come) before the opening? Does anybody know what this means to SEG? Does even SEG know? I doubt it.
I am ALSO aware that IBM put out the good news, last night that their DD shipments are down for this quarter. If you were the specialist wouldn't today be the perfect time to pull this stunt? He always covers his ass with bad news or a bad market. This guy is a real pro. A stunt I've seen so many times in the past. It is always the same shit. I felt that today might be it because he always pulls some big move (good or bad) on Wed. Also, he has be hanging around doing nothing much and a 3-4 pt. drop in one day would shake loose a lot of stock. Still you may be right. I notice ask/bid is now in balance for the first time today. He may have bottomed already.

Sam:
Your statement :
<<This is bad news for Seagate, which has almost all of EMC's business, and EMC is their biggest and most loyal customer[sic].>>

seems to be contradicted a bit later in your posted PR

ARMONK, N.Y./HOPKINTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24,
1999-- IBM and EMC Corporation today announced ...

Paul Noble, EMC's Executive Vice President, Products and Offerings, said,...
IBM has been one of the few suppliers able to meet our requirements. We began integrating IBM's advanced disk drives into our Symmetrix Enterprise Storage systems more than a year ago, and
the results have been excellent.

Care to back up your SEG has most all of EMC's business statement with facts? Are you trying to scare away SEG folks with statements like this.
