L, The newsletters will begin being stuffed late today and will be in the mail by Friday. Some will probably receive it over the weekend. The QP will end when the reason for going into it is completed. Joe stated he wanted it over around the 15th of this month. However, IMO the latest press release concerning the CLEK status in Spain changed this with DCI in a big way. Keep in mind IXC is a big owner of DCI and they are keenly interested in helping DCI establish as big a position as possible in Europe. They want to use our switches and toehold in Spain to establish a position for themselves. Best Regards
