Th number of shares on the float...is the number of shares that are not held by insiders. Some people consider "friendly people to the insiders" that hold shares as not part of the float. I don't agree....in the market...your friend one minute can be your hardened enemy the next. The float is high on this stock as insiders don't hold alot of shares. It appears in the early years of BII/ILLI Godin and the rest of the directors "wanted to eat" and sold there shares whenever food became low in the fridge......they probably now wish they had starved and held onto the cheepees!!

Further to your post on B2B - there is an excellent article in the International Herald Tribune, page 11, <the Americas> section (no idea why its called that) - march20/21 weekend issue.
title: <Internet pumps delivery Services>
author: Frank Swoboda, of the Washington Post.
IHT website is at, <www.iht.com>.
One of these days I will figure out how to locate and paste this type of thing on to my posts. My copy is <hard> BTW, ie I bought the newspaper, so I hope one of youse can post the article here.

Another aside - read the news dated March 23,99 on BII - posted on the Yahoo Finance site - search for BII - then click on <news>.
Another bit of character assasination on chat groups AND BII , all in one.... by guess who.... an analyst who declined to be identified.
come om you all - let's start a petition to all the news sources,
<no name - no quote>. PO'd about this matter, but happy to own this baby from when BBS recommended it. Don.
My Tip of the Day - sell BII now only to the extent (a) to clear your margin or (b) to get back your original capital. Then rest easy. Don
