Paul Henry left the office prior to the announcement of the preview of the site announcement. He talked to me just after he got in. He is in administration and the preview is coming fron Hwang's office. I don't see any problem with Henry not knowing everything that occurred immediately with coming to the office that happened over night since he is not personally involved with the site mechanics.

Be careful of who you place the label of incompetence on.
