Now Chatty is violating the copy write laws. I shall personally send Greg Wirth a copy of your post. Why dont you file that suit so we can have some fun. Funny, seems that my discovery would ask some of the hard deep questions. You are a law breaker and you will end up getting what you deserve. The justice system may be slow but they always get their touting, pump and dump, manipulating insiders in the end.

To whom it may concern: compliance with Section 17b of the Securities Act, which requires paid stock promoters to disclose the amounts and terms of payments received for their efforts.

Well, your charm is winning out.

A corporate IR person threatening posters with a lawsuit.

Is this implied threat of a lawsuit against posters your own idea or is it a policy decision of FNTT?

Chatty, your wonderful parody of corporate investor relations is really lots of fun to watch.

Suggesting that you would like to sue some message board posters now? Say, that's got to be good for the company. Almost as good as developing real products that sell for a profit, I'm sure.

BTW, I checked the original story at theStreet.com to see if that's where you got the column that you posted. Indeed it was. The URL, which is here accessible to TSC subscribers, is:
thestreet.com

Funny thing, though, I noticed that you neglected to copy and paste a little tidbit at the bottom of their story. I'll paste it below, just so that you know what it is that I'm talking about:

Hmm....

Is it your company policy that corporate officers are encouraged to pirate copyrighted information?

What does this say about your corporate culture?

Chatty? Just another heads up; you seem to need quite a few...

First: most of us know Gregg Wirth. He's a good reporter.

Second: we all know about the Zwebner suit. I know quite a lot about it, in fact, and trust me, there's nothing in it that would help you out of the jam in which you've so carelessly placed yourselves.

Everyone favors responsible posting. No one should be permitted to get away with making false statements, irresponsible accusations, or with inventing "facts". But there's none of that going on here. None at all, Chatty.

Chatty,I have always been amazed at the chutzpah of people like yourself. This veiled threat of a lawsuit reveals their must be some heat building, and I hope that is so.
Personally I believe it is time that the SEC starts getting rough on the likes of you--the internet has become a scam paradise for fluff
companies and the exploitation of the gullible many, and I would like to see this change.
And I truly hope the SEC be monitoring all this.Max90
