Tom, given the large cash burn to ramp up the service and no revenues, it is my prediction that EFAX will soon be issuing a convertible of some type. With very little cash on hand and a market cap of over $250 million we can expect they will be trying to "cash out" the market cap. The usual mechanism is a floorless convertible, again look at history of ZITL.

I don't have a problem with people shorting stocks. I do have a problem with people posting deliberately misleading information. Your post about the time it takes to receive a fax via EFAX falls into that category, in my opinion. I challenge you once more to re-fax to yourself and post truthfully to this thread how long it takes to receive a fax. I have been using this service. It works great! I am invested in this stock and do not appreciate people misrepresenting facts. If you want to discuss earnings and how they will go about that, fine. I have questions about that myself. Don't post any crap about each line costing $20 a month, though.

Which broker did you use to short? My brokers don't have shares. Thanks.
