Wow Spider, you sure have a lot of questions, and it seems many suppositions. We haven't had this many questions since the last 'saviour' Janice Shell visited our boards.

Obviously, you have done no Due Diligence on this stock yet, just as Janice hadn't the first time she popped in.

Perhaps instead of bothering the Investors on this board with your wild statements and questions, you could read their SEC filings first. They have 3 years worth of them at freeedgar.com

Then I wood call Keyes Realty in Florida, as they are selling a plot of land for Madera in Brazil here's the news releases. biz.yahoo.com
biz.yahoo.com

You will find that they DO own rainforest land, That they ARE licenced to cut and export, and that are in fact approved by the government to plant trees, actually they are required to do so.

You can also find a wealth of info looking back in this thread and the original one.

Take your questions and satisfy yourself, and report back to us. OR SATISFY YOURSELF AND LEAVE LIKE JANICE SHELL DID.

THIS IS A SEC REPORTING PROFITABLE COMPANY, THAT HAS EXTENSIVE HOLDINGS, WITH A CONSERVATIVE BOOK VALUE OF $.43 SELLING AT $.14. A PE OF 15

PROVE IT DIFFERENT IF YOU LIKE, BUT YOU WON'T DO IT WITH INNUENDO, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO CONCLUSIVE D&D.

Dave

Well I see that you have a problem checking out Madera. You need to call the Brazil Gov of Land Mgmt. They can correct you in your comprehending the information you have posted today.

Your license requirements will draw laughter from them. License to plant a tree. Where did you get the idea Madera was exporting plants, they will be exporting packaged oils/powders extracted from herb plants. The Brazil rain forest contains many town where property is bought and sold. One can own land and ranch land in this area but the mineral rights Oil/gas is owned by the state. Madera (a license exporter) owns its land and pays Brazil for the selected removal of its trees.

Madera will have your information about its herb line and overhead cost to pick/transport/produce/package it herbs. Do not be surprised if they ask you - why do you need such information. Is it going to may any difference once you have it? NO.

Ask for a investment package from Madera if you are having problems.

if these products are indeed procured from the brazilian amazon rainforest, there is only one export license granted for the export of these plants & it is not granted to madera.

Oh REALLY, Spidey, surely you're not back to claiming that AZNT has an "exclusive" license to export products from the Brazilian rainforest? What rubbish. We disproved that silliness on the AZNT thread in September.

You never learn, do you?
