My thoughts are that the price drop is unwarranted - and much will change next week and in late April. Earnings are only 1 month out, and given QTRN's consistent qtrly performance, the stock will see a boost. The prospect of good earnings should hopefully cause the significant short position to unwind before the end of April as well, giving support to buyers.

On YAHOO bd there are comments re: price summarized as follows:

1. end of qtr window-dressing by institutions;

2. dilution due to share exchange rate with ENVY shareholders;

3. fear of further dilution through a renegotiated deal w/ENVY due to QTRN price prior to merger closing;

4. deal not approved by ENVY shareholders b/c of QTRN price;

5. acquisition costs due to all of QTRN's acquisitions.

This is a good company with a solid history; I will be surprised to see prices this low for very long.
