OT I have some personal issues to deal with over the next couple of days. There always seems to be something. My wife and I just moved into a house we are renting. Termite swarms, sewage backups and a pregnant wife don't mix very well. The owner, bought the house cash out from under somebody. He has the cover sheet that has the termite inspection box and home inspection box checked, but no documentation supporting it. The pest control company has no record of ever being at that house....
