well if I post on a stock that is paying me in stock options, stock or cash aI do make the disclosure on every post. I also have it in my profile for SI and I have it right up front on my marketex.net website. However, if I am not paid then there is nothing to disclose according to legal opionion. I am one of the few that has the disclosure everywhere I can put it. If I am told I have to post each company and the disclosure on every post I guess I will but that is not what the law says ... I will comply to every law ... GB
