That, my friend is exactly what happened last October. Massive injections of liquidity via interest rate cuts stopped the BK.

Inflation IS the result. So far it has been primarily restricted to real estate and equities. We just haven't seen it yet in most consumer goods and commodities due to the glut of cheap imports. Oil is starting to show signs of it, as are wages.
