Real world says that this is true. Y2K upgrades are not cheap and alternate technology viability almost coincides with Y2K. LU and NT are working on IP Telephony systems, but they are augmentations to current systems which does not address the issues that you identified. Don't know what INSS does, will look into it.

Lots of words; less substance than you'd expect in any but the toutiest companies.

I can't see anything that justifies the current stock price.
