Maybe, but there's a big difference between not working perfectly and NOT WORKING AT ALL . Surely, someone should have checked that access was available. They knew that several people would be trying to get onto the site at 9 a.m. EST this morning. I just don't like having my time wasted by other people. I can do that by myself.
