NETD: Approx. 2.05 million shares o/s, looks like they're in the process of offering units (4.3 million shares, 2 million warrants) at $2.625. Trend change late Feb early March - currently looks to me like consolidation. Somewhat bullish signals showing today, IMO, despite the low volume.
