Grace my @Work is a cable connection. It had cost me $399 for hook up of running lines, cable install, etc... And is $100 per month. Now that might seem a bit pricey but it is still cheap when compared with my phone bill costs. From what the company told me (COX communications) the @work people have priority when it comes to usage. Because their data can be critical, COX services them on a priority basis. Doesn't mean much to a guy like me whom only uses it to trade occasionally, but I guess to some businesses that would be a big plus. Also they said if I wanted to hook up any of my additional computers, I could do so for an additional expense. 1-2 more computers is an additional $100 per month. After 3 they need a special hook up and the pricing goes higher from their. They have just started doing the @Work installs in my area and the manager in charge of the Providence area had told me that they are swamped with calls from local businesses for hook up. COX said that they are putting on and training many workers for this task as we speak. He told me that the demand was huge and I feel he wasn't exaggerating for I myself had to wait over 3 months to actually get it.
