That is 500K payment for Kosmurun, which is in Mizek zone.

Survival of the company which is already delisted, had inactive status basically for over a year, comes down to Raj's paycheck and sustaining the office space. They won't get listed as long as they won't have new money coming to them at least 200K. If the seven million can be obtained what would be the offering. Sharing profits, addition of long term debt (assuming that 18M will be a debt)?

From my end it will have to be a equity offering in the new company doesn't have to be with the name change, after the consolidation of course. Delisting is a logical excuse to start things over. They wouldn't be able to even get anyone on offering for 7M with the last price. Joint venture partner has been sought for months or years, what would change to attract anyone? As a strategy listed company in order to consolidate would have to obtain approval from shareholders, how would that go around with delisted one I don't know, probably more difficult to hold such a vote, in another view, easier to have control of it. Reverse takeovers are common events, which would not require vote, delisting could insure that. Is this the end of Steppe, yes I think so, the end of the story-no and we will be in it.

Robert
