otex established a base of about 21-22 for a few weeks.
thus, i suspect people give that as its 'level'. i was long on it last week for that reason.

however, as anthony noted, there's no real bottom line added to otex - all momo play - and as people realise that, they're likely to bail. once it breaks its short term resistance of about 21, it's got a ways to fall; it ran up from high single digits to 30 when MINE had filed for the IPO, so once it breaks 21ish, it should fall to low teens.
