State Owned Radio Stations to Develop Electronic Commerce Service

NEW YORK, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Euroweb International Corp. (Nasdaq: EWEB) announced through its Chairman, Frank R. Cohen,
that it has signed an agreement with the five Hungarian owned radio stations to develop Electronic Commerce Service.

The Long Term Agreement calls for the online broadcasting over the five radio stations worldwide.

Euroweb also signed an agreement with a Hungarian subsidiary of Alex Springer, one of Europe's largest newspaper publishers, to develop Web
Sites in Budapest and 19 other cities within Hungary.
