13 Minutes? I went to the eFax help desk and checked. There is mention of how some ISP providers have problems. Maybe you have a lousy ISP. If so, I apologize for that. I can only say this works well for me. As for traveling, most major hotels have business service desks where printing from lap tops is available. That's not an issue at all. The fact is, a fax can be received and viewed anywhere you may be that allows you to connect to the Internet.

Here's what I like. I don't have to leave my PC plugged in at home anymore. I don't have to wonder if the kids are on the phone, or if the splitter is properly connected. I can be anywhere on the planet and tell someone to fax me. You can find internet access wherever you are these days. Save it to a floppy and ask whatever company you're doing business with to print it for you.

This is a great service.

And I have no position in the stock.
