Help, Anyone.
I recently replaced a 6x86L-PR166 (2x66) with a M-II-300 (3.5x66) and now the display flutters slightly when the HD runs or I hold down the mouse button. When I back off the MHz to PR166 the fluttering goes away (still very slight).
I asked Cyrix and they said it sounds like a "Bus Noise problem with the motherboard". I tried to call M-Tech (Motherboard is an M-Tech M543G) but they don't seem to have e-mail or telephone support. Only ICQ and I haven't downloaded that yet.
Video is a Trident 9680.
Has anyone any insight into this problem? I wonder if it is the same reason I could never get a Matrox Millineum II to run on this machine.

Thanks, Jim
