Doesn't the guy understand that halting volatile stocks would cause more volatility?...let the market decide where a stock should trade.

Carole, In my opinion, this is tremendous news as it will protect people who are not so " seasoned " from being swept away by the greed of a huge rise only to find out the company is a boiler room..... as far as BII goes......legit companies will have no problem with this at all.........Bii is legit. sg
