Even the probable price (110 - 120) has been leaked. I think it is to cap the current price of BCST so that the stock does not run up till the deal is made. My guess is it is not BCST who leaked the news, it is the suitor, either YHOO or whoever it is. Same thing happened when the AOL - NSCP deal was announced. NSCP was trading around 45 when the news was leaked that the price was .45 of AOL which worked out to 39 at that time. Even after the leak NSCP was trading higher than the 39 price quoted. But in this case BCST seems to be trading at the lower end of the range.
