CTV News One says unconfirmed reports have Italian news sources saying that NATO air attacks of Serbia/Kosovo have begun.

No sign yet that this affecting either the DOW or the TSE.

Hi Chief,
Woke up 1/2 hour ago and checked BII on SW and it showed the day's range 8.00-10.05...wow for the next 3 minutes I sweated pretty heavy (untill I figured out if I still had the stock), because yesterday I put a stop loss at 7.95...and it didn't get triggered.
So far the stop loss has killed me in 2 stocks...WSP at 2.69 (just to see it run to over 5), ARP at 2.50(a week before the Barrick offer).
Mind you I didn't have the MD on VSE to see "the box" but I fixed that up for TSE at least.
What is your strategy on stop-loss?
