Steve, Yes, I'm 99% sure that they have warned before but can't remember which quarter. I can't really remember what was said last quarter's CC but my feeling is that they weren't especially upbeat. They state in the latest 10-Q(from the quarter ended Nov 30, 1998) that: "The Company believes that these market and economic uncertainties will likely have an adverse effect on sales of CMP systems, as well as other equipment products the Company sells, through the next 12 to 18 months." sec.gov Craig
