I don't know. I believe the fleck argument of last night. remember that cruise missles over tehran meant much higher equity prices even as the impeachment hearing went on. it was eerie. new pair of dimes, i guess. it was just a non-event all the way around. but traditionally yes the relationship you suggest would normally occur.
