John,

Prop B will most likely pass (conceal carry law) because one of the political advertisements in favor features a woman who was a victim of the South Side rapist. This guy was just recently picked up in New Mexico, where I believe he had a 15 year old girl with him in a motel room, he raped over 20 women in St. Louis over a period of ten year. It's tough to argue with a woman who's been victimized and wants to protect herself. I plan to apply for a license once the law is passed.
