To help you understand - the form J Alexander filed with the NASD
to make a market in SFLK is Form 211 (you can
request one from the NASD). A 15c211 is not a form but a
filing. The filing (which the NASD approves, a symbol is issued and
J. Alex begins trading) includes several items including, company minutes,
details of offerings, shareholders company business and more.
There is a wealth of info in these documents.
You can request one from the lead marketmaker (J. Alexander) but guess
what.................................

He will NEVER send it to you.

This IS the smoking gun.

Why do you think J Alexander is supporting the bid? SFLK is not the only
one in hot water here!

Also, one falacy of the 15c211 filing is once approved the
company can do whatever the promoters want to in regards
to issuing more stock. Berg Ray Silicon probably got millions
of shares after the approval. In their Isle of Man companies of course

Gotta flip that burger now.

Lets see, I have a official shareholder list dated 11/28/98 and DOGBOY DiAmaro is saying I have the wrong list and there are 10,000,000 shares outstanding. My list says 5,403,972 outstanding 3,048,167 restricted, 2,355,705 unrestricted, 112 shareholders and 206 total certificates. MVPH did have those 4,000,000 shares with OVIS/RMIL that were in question. ( ask anybody on that board ). This is Berg and Rays M.O. . so I think someone has some explaining to do. My list is a official shareholder list and accounts for ever shareholder and stock certificate at that time. Did you fax DOGBOY a copy of the list you have and ask him if it is a forgery or is it real? All he or you have to do is call the transfer agent Corporate Planners Inc. up and ask James Ray or Michael Berg these difficult questions and get some answers. 1-602-816-6140 . Its the same number used by Ray and Berg in numorous press releases on the many companies they own including Silicon Valley New Issues Inc, MVP Holdings, Kokopelli Technology, Corporate Planners Inc, too name a few. I think they owe you a explanation since DOGBOY DiAmaro seems to not have the answers. Tell them the heat is on for me, will ya.
