I was told by May-Davis that the financing was in the $2 to $3 million range, and that, aside from the usual paperwork, the deal was done. BTW, has anyone called Mike Jacob yet at that company? He seemed very upbeat when we spoke, to say the least. He had said that, based on what he had learned recently about MSU, within three to six months, it would be a totally transformed company. If anyone would like to give him a call, perhaps we could get some corroboration.
