I Received this by fax a couple of days ago... REDWOOD ENERGY, Ltd.-Just when investors thought the gas sector died...up pops a living WINNER! When this baby“COMES IN”, it should be the largest strike of its kind in many decades. Redwood has no debt and earned $160,000 gross for fiscal 1998. It has a very tight stock structure with only 6.5 million common shares outstanding and fully diluted. 67% of the outstanding remains in the hands of management and directors. Four million shares are free tradeable. The strong and reputed directors and management further adds to this Company's creditable business status.
