t2k, in the big scheme of things, I really don't think the trial is as important as we think it is...ever go back and take a look at MSFT's chart since the trial began. keeping in mind that the market has endured almost every mood swing possible while watching this case play out, MSFT's stock has performed INCREDIBLY WELL. I am starting to wonder whether the trial means as much as we all think it does. Sort of reminds me of the Senate Trial of Clinton. Sure, to the purists, it meant something. But in the end, people really didn't think it would have any serious impact on Clinton, the Presidency, the people or anything, for that matter. I am starting to feel the same way about this case... Teflon
