With Kosovo now in motion and no real market damage, Yet... Reports just coming out our that one NATO plane has been shot down today. Everythings a big game until our boys start getting killed. Then we realize how serious a game we really are playing. Watch Russia's reaction. They can play havoc, both militarily and economically (debt default?) Russia feels they have been so marginalized internationally that they have little left to lose. And this NATO action may be just the ticket to lock in support for Primakov and Yeltsin from their general population. Regards, Ron
