Mohan, This has happened to me several times. I took the TIME to call (about 45 mins.) and get a hold of some one at Wit and was told, "even though they did ask to confirm, it does not guarantee that there will be enough shares to go around". You must read this stuff, it's in legalese. Other times Wit did not ask me to confirm (even though I tendered a conditional offer) and later was notified I was not FCFS and therefore not eligible.
