Hi John and Bill, That makes sense. Higher profits may mean more disposable income for gas station (etc.) owners and operators to spend on compliance measures. Or, would higher prices mean less gas buying, and thus lowered profits? Anyway though, does an EVDS purchaser/lessee even have the option of not complying -- at any time? My understanding is that if the tank is not in compliance, you are shut down or fined daily... Whether or not you have extra cash to play with, you'd better allocate resources to meeting EPA guidelines. Just a minor comment. All in all, I'm optimistic that sales will now begin, and blossom.
