The company granted the underwriters an overallotment option to purchase up to 375,000 additional common shares. The offering will be made through Lehman Brothers, BT Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch & Co., Wit Capital Corp. as e-manager. After the offering, outstanding common will total 71.9 mln shares.
