Mattie, I am as excited about today's rise as I was about yesterday's drop. Nothing more than an expected rebound from oversold levels.

Mattie, as far as the NAZ market, after the last dip three weeks ago, I expected 2430-2440 and then 2475 as the final stop. We hit 2480 last Friday and turned around. I now expect the NAZ to break thru 2475, most probably in two steps.

There is enough momentum and capitalization in MSFT, CSCO, WCOM, and telecom, internet, and biotech(this is for you Manish!) stocks to carry us above 2500 and into new highs. It will probably be sometime in early April before that happens. We could see some sort of top by the time MSFT reports earnings again.
