An even more boggling thought (here's a question: is it possible to boggle anything other than a mind?)... how about HGRM actually announces a single verifiable contract to provide something to another entity, and actually confirms that they've been paid something for it!!? Could happen, right? Nahhhhh <g>.

You asked for it.. How about all high schools issue optional photo IDs to their students? How about all government workers who have to wear or carry photo ID? How about hunting and fishing licenses, marriage licenses, wills, and insurance policies?.....Stock Certificates? yuk yuk Ev
