do you mean the Yago thing? I think that if CS shares weren't above $35 eighteen months after the deal closed, the Yago people were going to get a bunch of extra shares. That deal was announced a year ago January, so the dilution should occur this summer or fall, making the not-so-bold assumption that we won't be over $35 then. But it won't be enough shares to make a difference.

What do you think of the LEAPS? You can buy the 2001 10's for 3 5/8. If anything's going to happen, that should cover it. But I'm an options novice. Do you trade them?
