That's a fair question.

It's a matter of semantics and one's perspective. Erode means "to gnaw away" or "to wear away gradually." I suspect that one looking
for evidence of erosion in gross margin would point to the last two quarter declines and say that erosion is occurring. I also suspect that one not looking for erosion would view the last two quarters as a tempest in a teapot or a mountain out of a molehill or . . . <g>

IOW, no one wins this argument. You are correct in saying that time will tell, although I don't hold to the notion that the matter will be resolved quickly. There will be too many variables to sort through and the battle between bulls and bears is fierce.

Not really sure I'm a bear.
