"some sort of reverse is needed to bring this stock to life"

You may be right waltertx...hey wait! why doesn't Arif first try telling the truth to investors...then he can work hard to make this a profitable company...then maybe he could stop sucking the company tit dry in order to live an extravagant lifestyle..then he can rid of his relatives who actually do nothing anyway..then we'll......OH NEVER MIND!!!! You're right, a reverse split is exactly what we need.

I sho do pity them folks what done got you vestin' for em.

waltertx,
I spoke with Arif a while back and voiced my concern about a reverse split... I have only seen it used as a mask for a company unable to be successful in the business that they are trying to support. I see company's progress on their own merit from .03 to many dollars. Arif agreed and said that he did not see why it was necessary, he would talk to his atty. about having that proposal removed.. nothing happened.

Even if they said they would remove that proposal, how could the board of directors be barred from enacting it next month?

In turn they do it on the backs of investors, either mis-informed or un-informed. I see company's progress on their own merit from .03 to many dollars. If a company must rely on a reverse then they have misused the funds original raised. Keep in mind, this company has issued approx. 74 million shares of stock, a great number that diluted shareholder value and has never been explained. The fact that the officers of this company have never addressed the lack of accountability and truthfulness to shareholders is in my opinion why we are in this condition today.

A reverse split will only pay those within the company that makes money no matter what. Investors will suffer.

I noticed no concern by you, for your investors, why?
I agree with increased activity... farther to fall and instant money for the company as the potentially unload more shares.
I have been a supporter of this company and am currently at loss of faith. I have been told that "just wait and you will be very happy" too many times.

I care in my heart and my wallet 300,000 times more than has ever crossed your mind or desk.

More Like "..needed to create a fresh illusion of viability"

In order to rope in the next round of suckers.

As a former share holder until about two months ago starting in 10/97.

Is there some legal action I should know about? I have not been checking the posts lately.

I bailed when the reverse split idea was floated as a management's proposal (therefore unstoppable due to Arif's careful use of his stock printing machine) at the rumored stockholder's meeting.

Walter,

I bought when Arif said that the audited financials were already sent to the SEC in March. Have you asked Arif why he lied that way?

Doesn't that upset you?

If not, why do you think you deserve to be lied to by Arif?
