I've been on the phone with Sophie at least 50 times over the past three years, I think I have developed a sense to understand the hidden messages on the tone of their voice and the assertiveness of the statements. In this case, I may be wrong, but she sounded very much firm that this is hype. Otherwise she would've left room to retrace her statements.
That is my two cents. Tomorrow's action will tell the tell, VSE will get in the action.
