Mark, it not a doji and surely not a dragonfly, it is a simple red candle with a relatively large shadow. I am staying in cash despite the fact that I expect the markets to be a little better for the next 10 days or so. I view this as the "last chance" to get out (from trading positions) and will not open new trading positions, not being agile enough in the short term to get out in time. I had my finger on the trigger both in VECO and RMBS but decided that with Kosovo uncertainties, it is not worth the risk and abstained on this trip. I had nice trips on both barely few weeks ago.

Window dressing is when portfolio managers buy the stocks that are up on the quarter to show their customers that they were in the "right" equities. Dress down is the opposite but not often referred to as such. Technology stocks are very susceptible to it but the timing can be tricky.
