freeus,

My worst nightmare has always been YHOO merging with AMZN, causing the combined entity's equity price to appreciate 100% a day every day for a week, with a 2-1 split a day, then acquiring MSFT in a stock swap providing earnings.

But recently, I have been thinking. Why not AOL acquiring MSFT instead? I mean, they are poised to triple-quadrapule this year on an earnings growth of 60% and a forward PE of 1600 or so (probably still less than EBAY).
