Here is the whole article. Great read I keep handy.

Indeed it is. Thanks for sharing. If you don't mind, I'm going to reformat it - but keeping all appropriate credits - and put it on my web page.

Thanks, this is a must read for anyone dealing with junior mining companies. There are so many innocent newcomers who need to know this information.

This was one of the first articles I read when I first started trading junior mining companies. The knowledge helped me to make alot of money.

The article also helped me to understand why many people behave the way they do on the different stock threads. Some people think that because nobody can see who they are that their actions are protected. There is no wall the SEC can't tear down to get to the crooks and I hope they get them fast so we can get back to the business of making money by doing good research.

A word of advice to non-Americans, just because you are not an American citizen does not give you the right to break SEC regulations. They will get you no matter where you are. If you engage in unethical behavior with regard to your stock trading, you will pay the price. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but you will pay someday.

I applaud the SEC for their efforts in cleaning up the stock message boards on the Internet. I discourage any type of hyping, bashing or trading of a stock based on illegal information.

Lola:)

'Fishin - my head just fell off reading your post :(

I know it's a pain for some, but when 'cutting and pasting' articles could folks check to see if there are hard carriage returns within paragrpahs - if so please remove them.

There is no need for them when posting on SI + many other sites now. The browser will automatically wrap lines giving to give a somewhat reasonable right side line justification.

It just makes the these posts a lot easier to read.

David :)
