Well, that seems logical because the more I crank up the MHz the more it flutters. I've installed the latest bios and that didn't help.
It's an enlight case So I expect the power supply to be good. I believe it's 200W. The zip is unplugged and it's external anyway. All there is in the system is a CDROM, Ensoniq sound card, Zoom Modem and a Trident video card.
I wonder it the regulators on the board are bad?
The R534G doesn't officially support more than PR233 but it flutters at that speed too.
