Little Gorilla- That may not be an advantage for the ICOS drug. This means that the drug will be retained by the body for a long time, which raises the issues of toxicity. One of the advantages of Viagra is that it is excluded by the body within 4 hrs (?), which alleviates the concern of toxicity or being absorbed by liver. Having said all of that, I wish the IC drug will be a success, because I am also a LLY holder. But that would be 2-3 years down the line. Da bull
