Lets hope so. I also talked to IR several times. The Very good thing about PNET Direct is the fact that you do NOT have to reenter logon and password information to reactivate your internet connection! there is NO ONE ELSE who CURRENTLY has this software. I thought Nortel did, but it is different, you need more than one line with what they have, actully it is a totally different application and for other uses. This should be huge. I was thinking that every majior Internet provider would love to have this to offer to their clients (AOL), I think it makes complete sense. Also Ticket master should LOVE this prouduct, WOW whaat a concept!!!
