I had a similar problem at Winalottery site. Then I discovered there's no provision for contacting the Winalottery people. No email address, no nothing.

Bet WINR didn't count on having to field all the lottery customer service calls.

I bet your balance is not really 0, try betting! Otherwise just email winr....they will guide you through it. It shouldn't be that hard.
